Operating out of San Francisco, Joey Zhang brought with him a decade of experience as a Lead Software Engineer at Google. During his tenure, he developed deep technical expertise in complex platform systems, global digital infrastructure, and large-scale data environments that power the modern web.
Transitioning his focus to the small business marketplace, Joey recognized a growing crisis: honest local businesses were becoming increasingly vulnerable to malicious, automated, or unfair review attacks.
